    naturopathic medicine

Naturopathy looks at how your lifestyle, environment, stressors, and relationships affect your physical health. First, we gather information through discussion of your health history and ordering labwork if necessary. Then, we will design with a personalized treatment plan using nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle changes, acupuncture and supplementation to support your body’s natural healing processes.

    acupuncture

Acupuncture works by gently stimulating specific points along the body’s natural energetic pathways to regulate the flow of energy. When this flow becomes blocked or unbalanced, it can lead to pain or illness. Acupuncture restores balance to these pathways, reduces symptoms, and improves vitality.

areas of focus

Lindsay McKenzie, Naturopathic Medical Graduate, MSc

  • From energy, sleep, libido, menstruation, fertility — hormones impact them all. Naturopathy can assess and address your body’s natural rhythms and guide them back to balance.

  • Aging is a natural process that brings change for all of us. Whether you’re navigating menopause, noticing changes in energy, sleep, or focus, or simply wanting to feel your best as you age, we help your body adapt with strength and balance at every stage.

  • Concerns such as loss of appetite, nausea, heartburn, gas, bloating, constipation and diarrhea all indicate digestive imbalance. We can support conditions like IBS, IBD, GERD, lactose intolerance, gastric ulcers and more.

  • Dermatological concerns like acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, warts and fungal infections often signal internal imbalances involving hormones, digestion, or immunity. Naturopathic medicine takes an integrative approach — addressing these underlying systems to improve skin function and overall health.

  • Fatigue, cardiovascular health (maintaining blood pressure and healthy cholesterol levels), blood sugar control, bladder + prostate health (urinary tract infections, benign prostate hyperplasia)
